視線のズレの程度と筋肉量のバランスが崩れると、両目の協調が損なわれ、以下のような症状に繋がることがあります。

当店では、両目の協調をサポートする眼鏡を作成することで、これらの症状の改善をご提案しています。

両目のバランスの取れた度数・目の隠れたズレ(隠れ斜視)の適切な矯正により、
見る際に抱えていた余分なストレスの減少や視覚から得られる情報の精度の向上が期待できます。
よくあるご質問
- 持ち込みのフレームでレンズを交換することは可能ですか。
- フレームの状態を拝見させて頂き、経年劣化の程度に問題がなさそうであれば交換させて頂いております。
交換の際には持ち込み料金（3,000円＋税）を頂いております。
また、ツーポイントのフレームをお持ち込みの場合は加工料（5,000円～+送料）が必要となりますのでご注意ください。 - 他店購入のフレームを調整してもらうことは可能ですか。
- 可能です。ただし、他店様購入のフレームを調整する場合は調整料金（1,000円＋税）を頂いております。（当店でご購入履歴のあるお客様の場合は無料で対応しております）
- 眼鏡を購入するまでにどのぐらいの時間がかかりますか。
- フレームとレンズを新調なさる場合は、フレーム選び～検査までで2時間ほどかかりますため、お時間の余裕のある時にいらして頂ければと思います。予約をして頂ければお待たせすることなくスムーズにご案内できます。
- 眼鏡の受け取りまでにどのぐらいの時間がかかりますか。
- メーカーへの特注になるため１０日前後頂いております。
- 価格帯を教えてください。
- 単焦点レンズ：10,000円～、累進レンズ：20,000円～、フレーム：12,000円～ご用意しております。※全て税抜きとなっております
- 予約制度はありますか。
- ございます。検査に1時間ほどかかるため、事前のご予約をお勧めしております。貸し切りも承っておりますので、小さなお子様連れの方などご相談下さい。
- 一人では入りにくいので、友人などと一緒に行くことは可能ですか。
- 可能です。お友達やご家族とのご来店もお待ちしておりますので、お気軽にいらしてください。
- 眼鏡の選び方がわかりません。そういったところも相談に乗ってもらえるのでしょうか。
- 度数や好みを踏まえてお客様を素敵にする眼鏡を提案しておりますので、ご相談下さい。ある程度お話をさせて頂いた後はおひとりでじっくりとご覧頂くことも可能です。
- 保証制度はありますか。
- 見え方に慣れない場合には1か月以内に1度のレンズ交換を保証しております。（ご都合により1か月以内のご来店が難しい場合は、その旨をご連絡頂ければ保証期間は延長いたします）
- アフターサービスはどうなっていますか。
- アフターサービス（再フィッティングやパーツ（鼻パッドやネジ）の交換）は基本無料となっております。
※フレームが大きく変形してしまっている場合や特殊なパーツの場合などは、有償での対応となることがあります
